Christian Paavo Spieker, born 1970, studied graphic and design. During this time he founded his company Concept Advertising in Munich. Concept Advertising is now one of the leading web design agencies. Together with Andreas Kelnberger he works as SEO specialist in Online Marketing.
As Director Digital Public Affairs, Ferdinand has been responsible for representing of ProSiebenSat.1's digital interests on the political stage for the past 4 years and is an expert for strategic communication via social media. In his function, the graduate political scientist acts as a mediator between business and politics and works with the legislators in Berlin and Brussels to shape digital change. Ferdinand is, among other things, a member of the board of the network policy think tank cnetz. Before joining ProSiebenSat.1, the Heidelberg native worked for several years as a political consultant in Berlin.
Dr. Christoph Samwer
Christoph Samwer is an experienced entrepreneur and the co-founder of FRIDAY. In 2009, Christoph joined McKinsey & Company to consult and manage some of the leading companies in the insurance and banking industry. He decided to focus on fintech and insurtech when starting Cheshire Capital to advise and support fledgling start-ups. Later in 2013, he also co-founded Lendico, a Berlin-based fintech start-up backed by Rocket Internet, HV Holtzbrinck Ventures and the Swiss PostFinance. For his PhD thesis at the Technical University of Munich, Christoph has examined incentive effects in insurance sales. At FRIDAY he’s responsible for building up a customer-centric, digital organization and getting traction for insurance products that are tailored to the sharing industry and on-demand consumption culture.
Olaf Schlesiger is an expert in the field of advertising impact. The Senior Research Manager Advertising Research at SevenOne Media oversees baseline studies and case studies to measure advertising impact and has undertaken this role since 2001. Simultaneous to this position, he is Research Manager for TV at the genre initiative Screenforce and represents the category television in various committees.
Growth strategist Farina Schurzfeld is current Co-founder of Selfapy, an online therapy platform for mental health disorders. Previously, she was part of Groupon Australia’s founding team, General Manager of Airtasker (Sydney and New York) and Co-founder of largest co-working space in Sydney TSL (hosting more than 80 startups). Subsequently, she was Head of Business at two companies of Hitfox Group. Coaching founders, she is also mentor for the UNSW (University of New South Wales) startup program. She holds a Master of Arts in International Business and has recently been awarded as "Top 30 under 30" from Forbes magazine.
Jürgen Schwarz is head of Capitalmind’s retail & consumer business practice in Germany, and has 17+ years of experience in international M&A advisory with corporates, family offices and private equity investors. Previously, he was a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Outfitter GmbH (outfitter.com, focusing on pure online soccer & team sports retail); and Alpha Industries Europe GmbH (alphaindustries.com, focusing on manufacturing in Asia, marketing, and wholesale distribution of apparel fashion lines to leading players such as Otto Group, Karstadt, Metro Group, Peek & Cloppenburg and El Corte Inglés). Jürgen is member of the advisory board of OUTFITTER and STORCK Bicycle Group.
Tom Schwarz, is the CEO and Head of Creation at Seven.One AdFactory since 2016. The qualified designer made his career leading the entire creative department at Ogilvy & Mather Düsseldorf. Prior to this, Tom was a member of the management board and acted as head of the creative department at Jung von Matt/Spree, Jung von Matt/Donau and DDB Düsseldorf. Over the course of his career he has recieved over 400 national and international awards.
Stephan Schwarz is Senior Product Manager / Brand Integration at the SevenOne AdFactory. He has worked at the ProSiebenSat.1 Group in the field of product placement since October 2012. He started at the Group in July 2006, undertaking positions including Senior Sales Manager / Sales Commerce and Account Director / Conversion Management Sales. He studied Media Management at the University of Siegen.
Valentin Schütt, born 1979 in Olpe, launched his first e-commerce business at the tender age of 16 with a sales platform for telecommunications. To date, he has developed and sold a wide variety of projects and companies in the Internet sector. He currently holds a portfolio of more than 10 companies that he either owns in full or in part. Since 2014 he bundled his Internet investments into a single organization, which currently has a total of around 50 employees as well as internal and external investments worth tens of millions.

He then headed the marketing department at international market leader Aachener Printen- und Schokoladenfabrik Henry Lambertz. Alongside his work in private companies, he has also made a name for himself as a lecturer in Marketing Communication at the TU Nuremberg.
Sara Sihelnik is Country Director DACH at Quantcast and responsible for Quantcast's business in German-speaking countries. Before joining the German sales office, Belgian-born Sara Sihelnik worked at the Quantcast European headquarters in Dublin. There, as Client Partnership Director, she was most recently responsible for international companies based in Germany. Before Sara Sihelnik joined Quantcast in 2015, the geophysics graduate held various positions at Getty Images.
Michael was responsible for SevenVentures' U.S. investment activities in consumer-centric companies looking to accelerate their growth in the European market. Previously he worked at various venture-funded companies in the consumer and media sectors. Michael started his career in finance as an analyst at Goldman Sachs and Soros Fund Management.
Lars Stark is Partner and Managing Director of Buddybrand GmbH where he is responsible for content and campaigning. Buddybrand is a digital creative agency and accompanies international brands such as STABILO, Microsoft or Disney through digital change.
Erik Stollberg is a Manager in the Media Investments Team. Before SevenVentures he worked in business development functions in various areas in the ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE. He has many years of in-depth industry experience through his work with SMEs in different industries.
Benita Struve has worked as Head of Lufthansa Marketing Communication and Campaign since 2016 and is responsible for the development and conception of national and international marketing campaigns. She has worked in communications for Lufthansa since 2000, initially as Senior Director Group Brand Management and Advertising. She has previously held positions at advertising agencies Michael Conrad & Leo Burnett and SAI, WESTALL, TOMKINS as well as management consultants Bain & Company and the former media group EM TV.
